Please be sure to include your case number, the total amount of time being requested by all parties as well as the motion that is to be heard. The Judicial Assistant will respond with your hearing time. It is YOUR responsibility to do a Notice of Hearing.
Scheduling a motion for summary judgment of foreclosure case:
- View the courts calendar court schedule. There is a dedicated day each month for motion for summary judgment of foreclosure. This is typically handled by zoom unless an in-person hearing is requested and are scheduled for a 15 minute hearing.
- Request hearing date and time using the schedule a hearing button. Once the hearing is confirmed, the zoom information will automatically be generated.
- Download the mortgage foreclosure summary judgment checklist. Complete in full and submit via e-filing along with all of the other required supporting documentation 10 business days prior to the summary judgment hearing.
- The attorney appearing before the court at the hearing shall re-certify the accuracy of this checklist to the court. The court and clerk will rely upon the attorney’s certification that the information on the checklist is accurate.
- A proposed final judgement, any exhibits, and all procedural questions are to be emailed to the judicial assistant.

- Any email submission shall copy ALL parties by email. If one or more of the parties do not have an email, your correspondence shall indicate that a copy has been mailed to those parties.
- The attorney submitting the proposed order shall ensure that any pro se party receives a copy of the order via U.S. Mail and shall file a certificate of compliance confirming compliance with this requirement.
